Chinese Lion Dance

Chinese Lion Dance is an ancient ceremony to exorcise evil spirits and to summon luck, (mostly on southern Chinese tradition).

The Dance involves two man disguised with an outfit portraying the wilderness of such mentioned animal which moves with graceness and ferociousness accompanied by the music of beating of drums, cymbals, and gongs instruments (synchronizing  the movements and actions).
The objective of the project is that the kids will get some confidence and discipline in a different and fun way.

Class description:  Principles of Kung Fu (Basic Stances, Basic Chinese Language, Training with Mats, Gain of Physical Condition at a regular and Harmless pace, Breathing Techniques and Simple Qi Gong Principles for a better control of resistance and own's strength)
Lion Dancing besides posture, requires oversee certain Kung Fu Basic Kicks and Punching
In order to control Lower and Upper limbs a Dancer needs certain physical capabilities to move Lion head or Lion Back (tail)
